The 6 steps to Wellness

Foundations in Health, located in Osceola, Wisconsin, is dedicated to the total wellness care of the patient, incorporating a holistic approach to your health care needs.  By correcting six certain interferences with your health by using the 6 Steps to Wellness TM, treatments will be tailored to meet your needs and desired outcomes.

The first interference is structural imbalances, which will be assessed and corrected.  The second interference comes from electrical pollution, such as computers or cell phones.  Patient Holly stated, "I was on the computer and my cell phone all day.  I never realized how much of an effect it had on my overall health until I was tested for electromagnetic interference."  The third aspect in nutrition.  Foundations in Health assesses nutritional, hormonal and infective organism imbalances and points you in the right direction with nutritional solutions. Allergies and sensitivities are also one of the six interferences.  These two are tested and reprogrammed using A/SERT TM.  The fifth interference is emotion, where emotional stress imbalances are tested and with help, aberrant emotional patterns are released.  The final interference is toxins.  Most heavy metal and toxic interferences are tested.  If present, Foundations in Health helps to facilitate their release from the body.

A high level of diagnostics and treatment is offered at Foundations in Health, including neurologic and orthopedic exams, body analysis composition, meridian stress analysis, acupuncture graph, total health scan, and depending on the patient's condition, further diagnostics, hair analysis, urinalysis, salivary tests and blood tests may be recommended.

Through Brimhall's 6 Steps to Wellness TM, Foundations in Health works to treat their patients structurally, nutritionally and emotionally.  The first step is to re-establish structurally integrity: the foundation of health.  Next comes the rebalance of electromagnetics and rebuilding of nutrition for organ and glad weakness.  This is done by resetting adrenals and the General Adaptive Syndrome (GAS), replenishing nutrition for organs, glands or system weakness, reduce infective organisms in the body, replace enzymes and HCl to aid digestion, assimilation and elimination  and lastly restore proper bowel flora to optimize colon function.  The fourth step is to reprogram the body for any allergies and sensitivities followed by the fifth step, which is to re-evaluate emotional patterns and remove limiting belief systems.  The final is to remove heavy metals and other toxins from the body.
